How do I know what size to order?
When will my order ship?
Do you ship to the U.S. and Canada?
How much is shipping?
What if something breaks? Can I return or exchange it?
How do I care for my pieces?
Silk Botanicals can be fluffed and reshaped with a handheld steamer or a careful puff of steam from a kettle.
Pure Silver is .999 and naturally resistant to tarnish. A quick polish with a soft cloth is usually enough.
How do I wear it more than one way? See HERE
Everything I make is designed to be modular and playful.
You can:
Slip a charm onto a bracelet or necklace
Link two bracelets into a choker, link three into a necklace (see Sizing Guides in our Menu)
Loop charms through earring hoops or onto studs
Pin it in your hair

Who makes it?
I do — Brenda.
Everything is made in Canada (believe me I deep-dive down all the rabbit holes to make sure sourced materials are ethically produced and of the highest quality).
If you have access to information you believe I've missed, please let me know. I really do want to know!
Materials are often purchased from other small businesses that practice similar ethics. I like to support them AND I can't produce everything myself like the cool endless clasps featured in the Tea Garden Jewellery Collection nor the amazing silk ribbons.
Products are designed by me in my studio using the finest & most sustainable materials I can get my hands on (reclaimed precious metals and safe colours on hand-dyed silks, cottons, and pure wool felts) ... things are slow crafted on days I'm not writing or gardening on my roof deck or strolling through the neighbourhood ... hand-made personally by me while sipping tea ... usually.
Many textiles are sourced from quality Canadian suppliers. Prints are my own from photos taken of plants grown from seed in either my allotment or on my roof deck garden.
What makes this sustainable?
I use reclaimed or deadstock couture silks
Silver is 99% pure and recycled, refined, certified, traceable, and conflict-free.
Do you offer kits or workshops?
Yes! I hold bi-monthly Tea With Me co-working sessions through Skool with a 7-day free trial and afterwards it's $9/month or $90/year (2 months free) where I create seasonal kits you can make along with us or at home alone.
I offer workshops and DIY demos.
Everything is designed to be fun, calming, and accessible.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely. Check Out our Gift Certificates. Get them for family and friends or yourself. Take your time selecting exactly what you want.
Every order comes beautifully wrapped — perfect for sending.

We all know more than one thing can co-exist at the same time. We're not taught to automatically go there though.
