Sizing Help

How do I know what size to order?

  • See Sizing Guides in the Top Menu.
  • Most bracelets are designed to be flexible and can link together.
  • Rings are adjustable or sized by request.
  • If you’re unsure, send me your wrist or finger measurements and I’ll help you figure out your perfect fit.

Shipping & Timelines

When will my order ship?

  • In-stock pieces ship within 3 business days via Canada Post with tracking and insurance.
  • If your piece needs to be made or adjusted, I’ll email you directly with a timeline.

Do you ship to the U.S. and Canada?

  • One Seed Wonders ships within Canada. US orders have been put on pause due to tariffs, however, if you are willing to pay tariffs, contact brenda@oneseedwonders.ca and I will set up a customized mailing. You may be responsible for import fees as well as tariffs if you're outside Canada.

How much is shipping?

  • Most of our products ship free within Canada.
  • For Products where shipping isn't covered, it's calculated at checkout based on your location and total package weight.
  • We do our best to keep costs low for you by packaging and sending pieces together.

Returns & Repairs

What if something breaks? Can I return or exchange it?

  • Each piece is made with care. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, I’ll absolutely make it right. See Return Policy. I do offer repairs and thoughtful fixes.

Product Care

How do I care for my pieces?

  • EACH PIECE comes in it's own storage case.
  • EACH PIECE comes with a Care Card & see Product Descriptions.
  • Upon purchase, you will also receive an email with Care & Wear Information.
  • Silk Botanicals can be fluffed and reshaped with a handheld steamer or a careful puff of steam from a kettle.

  • Pure Silver is .999 and naturally resistant to tarnish. A quick polish with a soft cloth is usually enough.

  • Sterling Silver comes with an anti-tarnish cloth that you can store with your pieces. If your sterling tarnishes, brushing it with a paste made of baking soda will bring your pieces back to life.

How do I wear it more than one way? See HERE

Everything I make is designed to be modular and playful.
You can:

  • Slip a charm onto a bracelet or necklace

  • Link two bracelets into a choker, link three into a necklace (see Sizing Guides in our Menu)

  • Loop charms through earring hoops or onto studs

  • Pin it in your hair

For product-specific inspiration, visit the “How to Wear It” section on Product Descriptions.

  • You will also receive follow up emails with Care & Wear Information.

Multi-Functional Styling Features & Multi-Purpose Product Usages are featured on our Product Pages AND we will be sending you a full Write Up of what everything does.

Who makes it?

I do — Brenda.

Where It's Made

Everything is made in Canada (believe me I deep-dive down all the rabbit holes to make sure sourced materials are ethically produced and of the highest quality).

If you have access to information you believe I've missed, please let me know. I really do want to know!

Materials are often purchased from other small businesses that practice similar ethics. I like to support them AND I can't produce everything myself like the cool endless clasps featured in the Tea Garden Jewellery Collection nor the amazing silk ribbons.

Products are designed by me in my studio using the finest & most sustainable materials I can get my hands on (reclaimed precious metals and safe colours on hand-dyed silks, cottons, and pure wool felts) ... things are slow crafted on days I'm not writing or gardening on my roof deck or strolling through the neighbourhood ... hand-made personally by me while sipping tea ... usually.

Many textiles are sourced from quality Canadian suppliers. Prints are my own from photos taken of plants grown from seed in either my allotment or on my roof deck garden.

Eco Values

What makes this sustainable?

  • Everything is small-batch and seasonally aligned
  • I use reclaimed or deadstock couture silks

  • Silver is 99% pure and recycled, refined, certified, traceable, and conflict-free.

  • Biological products used are recycled and/or free from links to poaching in the wild, no farmed coral, etc.
  • Packaging is compostable, and/or reusable
  •  Kits are designed to be zero-waste and creatively regenerative

Kits & Workshops

Do you offer kits or workshops?

Yes! I hold bi-monthly Tea With Me co-working sessions through Skool with a 7-day free trial and afterwards it's $9/month or $90/year (2 months free) where I create seasonal kits you can make along with us or at home alone.

I offer workshops and DIY demos.

Everything is designed to be fun, calming, and accessible.

Gifting

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. Check Out our Gift Certificates. Get them for family and friends or yourself. Take your time selecting exactly what you want.

Every order comes beautifully wrapped — perfect for sending.

MULTI-FUNCTIONAL

&

MULTI-PURPOSE

What the What/Why/How & So What does this mean?

Function refers What Each Piece Does

&

Purpose refers to How and Why

Keep Reading to find out How I Got There

Here's the post that explains Where I Come from Creatively - scroll down to

(basically I design all the things to solve more than just one thing)

Each Piece

Is.

More. Than. Just. One. Thing.

&

Does.

More.  Than. Just. One. Thing.

We all know more than one thing can co-exist at the same time. We're not taught to automatically go there though.
