Return Policy

Please allow for slower-than-normal delivery times due to Canada Post's ongoing labour negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW).

Be reassured, deliveries are being made ... slowly but surely.

One Seed Wonders return policy allows returns within 30 days of receipt. 

How to return:

1. Item(s) can be returned for a refund provided that they have not been worn and are in the same condition that they were sold. I can provide a photograph of their condition as they go into the package.
2. If you wish to return an item for exchange or a refund, please email Brenda at brenda@oneseedwonders.ca to request an Order Return form. 
3. Please return the item(s) in their original packaging and condition to the return address on the form, and postmark them within 30 days of delivery. 
4. Refunds will be made within 7 days of our receiving them to the debit or credit card or PayPal account you used to make your purchase. 

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings unless they are faulty or defective.
