Shipping Policy

Please allow for slower-than-normal delivery times due to Canada Post's ongoing labour negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW).

Shipping costs are covered for many of our products and otherwise are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size, and weight. We aim to package multiple items together when possible to help reduce your shipping fees.

Delivery Regions

We currently ship within Canada and have sadly had to put the United States on pause while the tariff situation gets sorted out.

Dispatch Times

• In-stock pieces: shipped within 3 business days.
• Made-to-Order or Customized Couture Items: we will contact you via email with Care Instructions and an estimated timeline before dispatch.

Tracking & Insurance

Once your parcel has shipped, you'll receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number and insurance coverage details. 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside of Canada (to the U.S.) may incur customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your shipping total at checkout. We accurately declare the contents and value of each order on required customs forms.

Estimated Delivery Times 

• Canada: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• United States: 4–10 business days depending on destination and service

Please note: delivery estimates exclude customs processing times and delays caused by weather, strikes, or other external factors.
